Who are the OMA?

Dr Tony Conway PhD, BA, MSc, MCIM is Senior Lecturer in Marketing at The University of Salford School of Management. He has published a number of journal articles, text contributions and conference papers on public sector and general services marketing. In addition he has been involved in a number of consultancies in customer care and service quality, for both public and private sector organisations.

Stephen Arran FBDO is a qualified Dispensing Optician, who has worked in the profession for many years. During this time, he has been involved in a number of management positions, in many different environments. He is now a partner in a successful multiple optical practice.
