Selective® combines large fields of vision and ultimate softness. Wearers are very sensitive to 'power variations' across the lens.
A soft progressive lens
Selective's® regular and uniform surface offers excellent dynamic vision as well as undisturbed peripheral vision.
Optimum comfort for each type of presbyope
- Max gradient: 0.13D/mm
- Regular surface without concentration of abberitions in DV and IV.
- Broad NV.
Large fields in near vision
The near vision zone is almost free of any aberrations. A good balance between nasal and temporal cylinder values means better distribution of any aberrations. The asymmetric lens design allows good binocular vision. Selective® offers a larger near vision zone than hard design progressives, but the cylinder variation is slower and more regular.
