Transitions®: Right in any light

BBGR Transitions® lenses give comfort by reducing glare.

They darken and lighten more quickly than any other plastic photochromic lenses.

BBGR Grey Transitions® lenses filter out 85% of light and Brown 83% at 23°C, which makes them just as effective as Class 3 sun lenses.

BBGR Transitions® are almost as clear as standard plastic when deactivated.

Uncoated 1.5 Index lenses transmit 92% and polycarbonate 90% of light, whereas both Brown and Grey BBGR Transitions® transmit 89% of light. Add Diam's® anti-reflection coating and they outperform uncoated plastic lenses (LTF 94%).

BBGR Transitions® can therefore be used for night driving.

BBGR Transitions® lenses are safe too. They filter out 100% of UVA and UVB radiation, whether activated or not.
