  Digical - optimised lens cosmetics

BBGR has introduced the "Digical" service for lens orders requiring a specific template or thickness.  In manual mode (using frame dimensions) or in digital mode (where the shape of the frame is digitised), the thinness can be optimised for each type of frame. Our Customer Services advisors are also ready to advise dispensers on the choice of very thin or lightweight lenses for a particular frame and to provide them with a guide to the likely gain in cosmetic appearance.


  Online orders

For quick and simplified order placement, BBGR offers opticians VisionWeb, a totally secure software program, allowing them to enter all their orders online. This gives opticians the freedom to place orders whenever they want and track them in real-time, for optimal time-management.


  Orders delivered on time

BBGR believes very strongly in respecting deadlines. No matter whether customers’ orders are placed by phone, fax or VisionWeb, they are all handled using the same stringent quality procedures to ensure that delivery deadlines are kept. This means that 98.5 % of orders for stock lenses arriving before 4.30 pm are delivered the following morning, while 97% of prescription orders are delivered within the quoted time-frame.
