These complementary services include optimising their stocks, helping them with the launch of new products and building up the necessary stocks.
Our most important assets: a high service ratio with optimised - and reliable - delivery times Our lenses are delivered using the swiftest and most dependable means available, taking into account our customers' individual circumstances and demands. Whatever method of delivery is used, the orders are tracked with the same rigor to ensure customers receive their orders on time. This enables orders for stock lenses placed before 4:30 p.m. to be systematically delivered the following morning. 99% of prescription orders are delivered within the time frame announced when the order is taken.
